It is nearly two years since the 1st BRIC International Competition Conference,initiated by the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation was held in Kazan. Those years were quite difficult for the economies of our countries and required considerable efforts from all economic Authorities,including competition Authorities to overcome the global crisis and to develop further strategies for procompetitive economic development in post-crisis period.
